The Team

Dr. Samantha Coleman

Dr. Coleman obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree (D.C.) from Life University in Marietta, Ga., graduating salutatorian of her class in March 2003, where she also earned the Clinical Excellence Award. She has served the Tidewater area since graduation. Dr. Coleman is only one of a few Distinguished Fellows of Clinical Biomechanics of Posture® in the Commonwealth of Virginia and also is a Chiropractic Biophysics® practical station instructor for Chiropractic Biophysics® Technique. In August of 2013, Dr. Coleman became Advanced Certified. There are only 60 Advanced Certified doctors in her field, 9 of these are women.

Dr. Coleman knows it’s important to stay on top of current research so she travels the United States to learn from the top researchers in the field. She focuses on spinal biomechanics, nutrition, neurology and hormone balancing. Dr. Coleman focuses on gentle family chiropractic care, auto accident injuries and CBP® structural rebuilding of the spine and posture.

Dr. Coleman focused on nutrition and how it affects the health of the body early in her chiropractic education. Once that connection was made, Dr Coleman realized that if she wanted to really help people, she needed to stay up to date on all the current information and latest research. She attends continuing education courses throughout the year, traveling to about one each quarter. The education ranges from how the body works and uses nutrients to current trends in obesity. She also regularly participates in webinars and online classes.

Dr. Coleman never asks her clients to do something she hasn’t tried and approved. The doctor and her husband did the protocol for 10 weeks. Doctor Coleman lost 30 pounds and her husband lost 47 pounds.*

Kate Stosick

Kate Stosick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Central Michigan University, is a certified yoga instructor, and an Ideal Protein Health Coach. Her greatest passion is guiding others on their wellness journeys and she loves seeing clients achieve their goals.  Her knowledge of fitness and nutrition combined with her diverse professional experience allows her to help you uncover possible setbacks in your health goals and provides a place of support in your weight loss journey.

Certified To Help You

After earning her certification with the Ideal Protein protocol, Kate has continued to learn as much as possible so she can provide excellent support to each client. She goes to seminars with Dr. Coleman throughout the year to continue her education in nutrition. Kate is married with a baby on the way, so she knows how to make the protocol work with a busy schedule and family. Her goal is to help as many people as possible achieve optimal metabolic health and an overall improved quality of life via the Ideal Protein protocol along with the other health coaching services that we provide. Whether your needs are nutritional or more holistic in nature, Kate is excited to help you in your journey.

Sammie Motley

Samantha (Sammie) Motley graduated from James Madison University with a B.S. degree in Health Sciences. She has always had a passion for health and wellness, as well as the role that nutrition plays in improving overall quality of life. She is always staying up to date on the latest advancements that Ideal Protein is making in their protocol and their products. Sammie also works closely with her Dr. Coleman, going over the latest research and attending seminars, to continue increasing her education in nutrition and metabolic health.

Certified To Help You

Not only is Sammie certified in the Ideal Protein Protocol, she also successfully completed the protocol herself. She not only lost 25 pounds with Ideal Protein, but also gained a lot of education and lifestyle skills along the way. Starting the protocol as a new college graduate, Sammie had to learn how to make the protocol work with a busy schedule and found creative ways to make nutrition exciting. She loves helping people reach their goals and unlock their true potential. Sammie understands that every person has their own unique journey and she is excited to get you started on yours!
